เราคือผู้นำ และผู้ให้บริการเปิดธุรกิจออนไลน์ให้กับบุคคลที่สนใจที่ต้ัองการทำเป็นอาชีพหลัก หรือเป็นอาชีพเสริม โดยไม่เน้นประสบการณ์ของผู้ทำ ผู้สนใจทั้งที่มีประสบการณ์ และไม่มีประสบการณ์ สามารถที่จะสมัครร่วมทำธุรกิจกับ เราได้ทั้งสิ้น โดยเราจะเน้นให้ผู้ร่วมธุรกิจทำหน้าที่โปรโมทธุรกิจของตนเองเป็นหลัก สำหรับหน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดูแลลูกค้า และบริการหลังการขาย เรามีทีมงานของบริษัทแม่เป็นผู้ดูแลให้ ทั้งนี้ประเภทธุรกิจที่ทางเราภูมิใจนำเสนอมีทั้งในรูปแบบของแฟรนไชส์ พันธมิตร พาร์ทเนอร์ ดรอปชิบ อีคอมเมิซร์ เป็นต้นเพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้อง และลดปัญหาข้อขัดแย้งต่างๆที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้น ทาง ทีมงาน จึงใคร่ขอให้ท่านศึกษาเงื่อนไข และข้อตกลงให้ชัดเจนดังนี้

We are neither sharing nor taking part of your benefits you have earned from your business. 2. เว็บไซด์ที่ทางทีมงาน จัดทำให้เป็นเว็บรูปแบบมาตรฐาน ดูดี และมีความน่าเชื่อถือ หากท่านต้องการเพิ่มเติม หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบของเว็บไซด์ เช่น การเปลี่ยนแปลงภาพ ,การเพิ่มเติมแบนเนอร์ , การติดตั้งcodeต่างๆ ,การเพิ่มเติมบทความ ทางทีมงามยินดีจัดทำให้ฟรี (แต่ต้องเป็นส่วนที่นอกเหนือจากที่ระบบadminจะจัดการได้ หากการเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่ในขอบเขตของที่ระบบadminจัดการได้ ท่านต้องเป็นผู้ดำเนินการเอง ) ทั้งนี้ท่านจะต้องส่งข้อมูล ,รูปภาพ ,บทความ หรือcode ต่างๆ พร้อมกับชี้แจงตำแหน่งที่ต้องการใส่ลงในเว็บไซด์ มาให้กับทางทีมงาน สำหรับการเปลี่ยนโครงสร้างหลักของเว็บ เช่น การตัดทอน ดัดแปลงองค์ประกอบที่สำคัญในส่วนต่างๆ เช่น Header, footer, ส่วนค้นหาข้อมูล , ส่วนcolumn, เนื้อหา หรือการโยกย้ายตำแหน่งองค์ประกอบของส่วนต่างๆในหน้าเว็บไซต์ที่กระทบกับโครงสร้างเว็บ ตรงนี้ทาง ทีมงาน ไม่อนุญาติให้ทำ หรือดำเนินการทำให้ อย่างไรก็ดี การเปลียนแปลง แก้ไขเว็บไซต์ที่ต้องใช้เวลามาก หรือการเพิ่มหน้าเว็บไซต์ ตรงนี้ทีมงานอาจจะต้องคิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมตามความเหมาะสม
2. The website we create for you is a professional website and well designed. To modify or make any changes on your own website can be done under backend system. Any changes that could have the affect on the website structure is not permissible. Wherever the major change has become necessity. Yo may be requested to pay for the expense that may occur appropriately3. ทีมงาน ไม่มีบริการออกแบบโลโก้ ,แบนเนอร์ หรือรับเขียนบทความใดๆทั้งสิ้น ถ้าท่านต้องการทางเรายินดีแนะนำผู้ให้บริการที่มีอยู่ทั่วไปในท้องตลาดให้ แต่หากท่านต้องการให้ทีมงาน เป็นผู้ประสานให้ ทางเราอาจจะต้องคิดค่าใช้จ่ายกับท่านตามความเหมาะสม
3. Now we are not offering the following services such as, logo design ,banner design ,or writing content. We are very pleased to introduce you the outsource where you can personally hire. In some cases we may have to charge you for cooperating and contacting the out source if necessary.4. การโปรโมทเว็บไซด์ หรือธุรกิจของท่านล้วนเป็นหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบของท่าน แต่ทีมงานให้ความอนุเคราะห์โดยจัดหาทั้งคู่มือ บทความต่างๆ รวมถึงคลิปวีดีโอที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการโปรโมท และทีมงานยินดีให้คำปรึกษาในขอบเขตความสามารถที่ทีมงานจะทำให้ได้อย่างสุดความสามารถเท่านั้น
4. Promoting your website is your direct responsibility. We only have a basic guideline for you. Any other tips or techics on how to promote your business are available online. 5. Online business is a high potential business in which you can generate an income from this business. Remember this is not a get rich quick business. We can not guarantee you a certain income. However, whether to be successful or not depending on the individual performance , time spent ,way of promoting and etc. 6. ในส่วนของธุรกิจ Affiliate ผลตอบแทนที่ผู้ร่วมธุรกิจจะได้รับ จะจ่ายโดยบริษัทแม่โดยตรงเข้าสู่บัญชีส่วนตัวของผู้ร่วมธุรกิจ โดยไม่ได้ผ่านเรา ทั้งนี้เงื่อนไขการจ่ายผลตอบแทน เช่น รอบการจ่าย , จำนวนเงินขั้นต่ำ ,การหัก ณ.ที่จ่าย จะเป็นไปตามที่บริษัทแม่เป็นผู้กำหนด ดังนั้นขอให้ผู้ร่วมธุรกิจศึกษาให้ถ่องแท้
6. Regarding affiliate business. The parent company will make a payment directly to your personal bank account. However, the minimum threshold ,payment date ,and any other conditions are defined by parent company. We kindly advise you to carefully review this matter once again with parent company.7. ในส่วนของธุรกิจ Affiliate ทาง ทีมงาน เป็นเพียงผู้ให้บริการเปิดธุรกิจออนไลน์ให้กับท่าน ทางเราไม่ใช่เจ้าของธุรกิจโดยตรง ดังนั้นเงื่อนไข หรือข้อกำหนดต่างๆอาจจะมีการเปลียนแปลงได้ตามนโยบายของบริษัทแม่ โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า รวมถึงการยุติการทำธุรกิจของบริษัทแม่
7. Regarding affiliate business. Our main service is to open an online business and applying for a business partner with a parent company on behalf of you. We are not the parent company. Therefore, policies , conditions and agreement issued by parent companies can be changed by them at any time without prior notice.8. ในส่วนของธุรกิจ Affiliate ทีมงาน มีหน้าที่ดูแลเว็บไซด์ธุรกิจของท่านตลอดระยะเวลาที่ท่านยังคงทำธุรกิจอยู่กับเรา แต่ความดูแลของเราจะสิ้นสุดลงหากบริษัทแม่ยุติการให้ร่วมทำธุรกิจ และเราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่คืนค่าสมัครให้แก่ผู้ร่วมธุรกิจ เนื่องจากทีมงานได้ติดตั้งเว็บไซต์ให้เป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว
8. Regarding affiliate business. We will keep monitoring and maintaining your website as long as you are still our business partner. Our service will be terminated whenever the parent company is no longer running their affiliate program. Unfortunately , in this case, we are not accountable for refunding the application fee as the website has been created and submitted to you already9. ข้อมูลต่างๆ ที่อยู่บนเว็บไซด์ รวมถึงเว็บธุรกิจที่ทางทีมงาน ลิขสิทธิ์ของเรา เราไม่อนุญาติให้ผู้ร่วมธุรกิจนำไปเผยแพร่ คัดลอก เลียนแบบ โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาติจากทางทีมงานโดยเด็ดขาด หากทางเราตรวจพบ สถานะผู้ร่วมธุรกิจของท่านจะสิ้นสุดลงโดยทันที และยังเสี่ยงกับการที่เราจะดำเนินการทางกฎหมายกับท่านอีกด้วย
9. The content ,which displaying in franchiserthailand is our intellectual property including any websites created by franchiserthailand.com are not permitted to copy, distribute, or publish without a consent letter from franchiserthailand.com. Any violation found will lead to legal action immediately.10. ไฟล์ต่างๆของเว็บไซต์ที่ ทางทีมงาน เป็นผู้ติดตั้งให้ จะติดตั้งให้ใน Host ของ เรา ทางเราไม่ได้ให้ไฟล์นี้กับท่าน รวมถึง FTP เพราะไฟล์ทั้งหมดนี้เป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของทางทีมงาน
10. Any files given by franchiserthailand are our intellectual property. They are all right reserved and we will not provide you the FTP password for accessing to those files.11. ค่าสมัครร่วมทำธุรกิจ เมื่อผู้ร่วมธุรกิจชำระเข้ามาแล้ว ไม่สามารถที่จะยกเลิก และขอคืนได้ ยกเว้นท่านจะเปลี่ยนประเภทธุรกิจที่ต้องการสมัคร แต่ท่านจะต้องแจ้งให้ทีมงานทราบโดยเร็วที่สุดก่อนที่ทีมงานจะเริ่มทำเว็บไซต์ให้ท่าน แต่ทั้งนี้ธุรกิจที่ท่านต้องการเปลี่ยนจะต้องเป็นธุรกิจที่มีค่าสมัครมากกว่า หรือเท่ากันกับธุรกิจเดิมที่ท่านสมัครเท่านั้น
11. Any application fee that already paid can not either refund or cancel except changing a business package provided that the new business package application fee must be equal or higher. However, it is advisable to inform us about the change as soon as possible.12. สำหรับธุรกิจที่เป็นรูปแบบของ affiliate การสมัครร่วมธุรกิจ affiliate กับบริษัทแม่ดังกล่าวไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายแต่ท่านอาจจะต้องสร้างเว็บไซต์เอง, จดทะเบียนโดเมน, เช่าhosting , ศึกษาการโปรโมทเว็บไซต์ด้วยตนเอง ทั้งนี้หากท่านต้องการให้ franchiserthailand.com เป็นผู้ดำเนินการให้ ท่านจะต้องมีค่าใช้จ่าย ซึ่งเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายสำหรับ ค่าจ้างในการทำเว็บไซต์ ,E-book แนะนำการโปรโมทเว็บไซต์ , โดเมน , พื้นที่ share hosting ต่างๆ รวมถึงคำปรึกษาในการทำธุรกิจ ทางทีมงาน ย้ำอีกครั้งว่าค่าใช้จ่ายดังกล่าวไม่ใช่ค่าใช้จ่ายที่เรียกเก็บจากบริษัทแม่
12. Regarding affiliate business. If you do not wish to pay. You may contact and join with a parent company directly. We will not provide anything for you. Please be informed our fee is for the cost of creating a website, ebook, hosting, website service, and much more.13. ข้อความในส่วนของ footer ของเว็บไซต์ที่ทางเราจัดทำให้ ไม่สามารถดัดแปลงแก้ไขได้ เพราะถือว่าเป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของ เรา
13. Regarding footer message on any website created by franchiserthailand.com can not be allowed to modify or remove as it is our copyright.14. รหัสผ่าน (password)ต่างๆที่ทีมงานส่งให้ เป็นข้อมูลสำคัญขอให้ท่านเก็บรักษาไว้ให้ดี เพราะถ้าท่านลืม หรือทำหาย ทีมงานต้องใช้เวลาในการกู้นาน ดังนั้นถ้าจะให้ทีมงานช่วยกู้รหัสผ่านให้ ทีมงานจะต้องคิดค่าใช้จ่าย 500 บาทต่อครั้ง
14. In the case of lost password. You may be charged 500 baht for a password recovery.* ในส่วนของแฟรนไชส์ธุรกิจท่องเที่ยว ปัญหาต่างๆ หรือข้อสงสัยใดๆที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นจากการใช้บริการต่างๆเช่น การจองที่พัก ,การจองตั๋วเครื่องบิน ,การจองทัวร์ ,การเช่ารถยนต์ ,การซื้อตั๋วรถทัวร์ ตรงนี้เป็นเรื่องระหว่างผู้ใช้บริการกับบริษัทแม่ แต่ Franchiserthailand.com ยินดีให้ความช่วยเหลือในขอบเขตของเรา อนึ่งfranchiserthailand ไม่ได้เป็นเจ้าของระบบการจอง ไม่ใช่ผู้กำหนดนโยบายต่างๆของบริษัทแม่ ไม่ใช่ผู้กำหนดราคา ไม่ใช่ผู้กำหนดขอบเขตการให้บริการ ดั้งนั้นเพื่อให้ปัญหาได้รับการแก้ไขอย่างรวดเร็ว และตรงประเด็น ผู้ใช้บริการควรจะติดต่อกับบริษัทแม่โดยตรง**
